More about Lauren…
Lauren has been a freestyle disco dancer since the age of nine, competing up and down the country in incredible venues including the Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower Ballroom!
Lauren reached Championship level in both the Freestyle and Contemporary categories, before retiring aged 23, where she jumped straight into training for her IDTA Freestyle Associate qualification.
Since passing her Freestyle Associate with a distinction, Lauren has added Acro, Flexibility, Ballet Technique and Cheer to her knowledge base, with her sole goal to be the best that she can be for her students!
